By establishing a connection to play.overworld.us or br.overworld.us, you are officially acknowledging and accepting the terms of the OverworldOS system. All users agree to play fair and uphold the integrity of the simulation. Any breach of these Terms of Service can result in an immediate suspension or a permanent ban.

LIABILITY PROTOCOL: The System Administration is not responsible for any illegal activity, actions, or communications made by individual users. We have performed our due diligence to implement automated safeguards, chat filters, and moderation protocols. Users assume all legal and personal liability for their own conduct while connected to the server.

01. UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS: The use of X-Ray, Fly hacks, Auto-Clickers, speed modifiers, or any client-side injection that alters vanilla packet data is strictly forbidden. Detection will result in an immediate and permanent hardware/IP ban.

02. PVP HANDSHAKE: Player vs. Player combat requires explicit, mutual consent in global chat unless operating within a designated, lawless warzone.

03. INVENTORY SECURITY: Griefing, terrain scarring, or the theft of items from other users' storage caches is a violation of server integrity.

04. UPLINK CONDUCT: Hate speech, slurs, doxxing, or targeted harassment in the global chat channels will trigger an automated mute, followed by an account wipe.

05. SERVER STABILITY: Constructing intentional lag machines, zero-tick farms that overload the TPS, or chunk-banning devices will result in the immediate deletion of the corrupted chunks and the offending user.

06. EXPLOIT DISCLOSURE: If you discover a duplication glitch or terminal exploit, you must report it to admin@overworld.us. Abusing an exploit for personal gain guarantees a permanent ban.

07. CONNECTION LIMITS: Only one physical user per account. Alt-account farming to bypass cooldowns or hoard resources is prohibited.

08. PERIMETER BOUNDARIES: Respect established player claims. Do not construct architecture within 100 blocks of an established neighbor without consent.

09. ECONOMY INTEGRITY: The digital economy relies on legitimate yields. Market manipulation or scamming users via the `/trade` protocols will not be tolerated.

10. OPT-IN CONSEQUENCES: By ignoring the [SYSTEM_BYPASS] and engaging with the Regenesis anomalies, you fully accept the risks of the Glitch Layer, including the loss of items to Boss encounters or OS_ERR_FRAGMENTS.

All financial transfers made through CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal to Overworld.us are classified as voluntary donations to maintain the server hardware and software ecosystem. All transactions are handled securely through these approved third-party service providers.

NO REFUNDS: Because perks (such as Custom Emails, Discord Ranks, and /repair access) are digital, intangible goods delivered instantly upon manual review, all transactions are final. Issuing a chargeback through your financial institution will result in an immediate, permanent ban across all Overworld.us services and associated Discord servers.

GRANT OF LIMITED LICENSE: Subject to your continuous compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Overworld.us server. You may not use or access the server for any other purpose. The license granted herein confers no title or ownership in the simulation and should not be construed as a sale of any rights. Any attempted transfer of this license shall be null and void.

VIRTUAL ASSET OWNERSHIP: You understand and agree that the server, code, and environment are owned by the System Administration. Furthermore, you understand and agree that you have no interest, monetary or otherwise, in any feature or content contained in the simulation. This includes, without limitation, any in-game items, structures, land claims, or in-game currency.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND DELETION: THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVER AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

CHANGES TO THE SIMULATION: We may update this Agreement at our sole discretion. If you do not agree to a revised Term of Service, you will not be permitted to continue accessing the simulation. The System Administration may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the server at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the server without notice or liability.

Overworld.us is an independently operated community server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their partners. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. All visual assets, gameplay mechanics, and software modifications are compliant with the official Minecraft Commercial Usage Guidelines.
